100 NIGHT COMFORT TRIAL
Buying a mattress is a big deal. That’s why you get a full 100 nights to truly experience your new Posture Land Factory bed—risk-free.
If you don’t love your sleep, we’ll gladly exchange it for another model that fits you better.
How It Works:

Try it for at least 30 nights: Your body needs time to adjust. Give your new mattress a fair shot.

Waterproof protector required: Please use a waterproof mattress protector purchased from us. This keeps your bed clean and makes the trial possible.

One easy exchange: You can swap your mattress for another model of equal or greater value (just pay the difference if you upgrade).

No refunds on used mattresses: The 100 Night Comfort Trial allows for exchange only, not refunds, unless the product is unused and sealed in original packaging.

One comfort trial per household: This keeps it fair for everyone.

Not valid on custom sizes, handmade, foundations/box bases, or warranty swaps.

Processing fee: R1000 applies for each comfort trial exchange.

Delivery costs: If you choose to exchange, you cover the return and new delivery fees.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (Unused Products)

If your mattress is unused, still sealed in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any shipping/collection costs).

Custom size, custom fabric, or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
